Swimming Pool Compliance Inspection

We provide thorough swimming pool and spa inspections carried out in accordance with NSW legislation to ensure your barrier meets required safety standards for sale, lease, or ongoing compliance.

During the inspection, we conduct a full on-site assessment of your pool or spa barrier system. This includes a verbal walkthrough of any areas of concern, with clear, practical advice on what needs to be addressed to achieve compliance.

Where compliance is achieved, we will issue a Certificate of Compliance 22D. If your pool or spa does not currently meet requirements, we can also issue a Non-Compliance Certificate 22E, either of which is often required when selling a property or demonstrating due diligence.

Inspections are typically completed within a few days of booking, with urgent appointments available where required.

Certificates are guaranteed to be issued within 24 hours following inspection.

Large & Complex Pool Inspection - $360

Inspection service for larger or more complex pool and spa barriers. All standard inspection services are included.

Multiple gate sections
Split-level or difficult-access sites
Shared or common property pool areas
Complex barrier configurations

Swimming Pool Re-Inspection - $200

Re-inspection service following rectification of previously identified non-compliant items.

Includes:

Reassessment of rectification works completed
Compliance verification
Issue of Certificate of Compliance where compliant

Note: Applicable only where an initial inspection has previously been conducted.

Complex & Large Swimming Pool Re-Inspection - $260

Re-inspection service for larger or more complex pool and spa barriers requiring reassessment after rectification works. Standard inspection services are included.

This may be applicable to:

Large residential properties
Extensive fencing layouts
Multiple gate sections
Split-level or difficult-access sites

Same-Day Priority Service - Additional $50

Priority same-day inspection service available subject to booking availability.

This service is ideal for homeowners, builders, designers, and architects who want to ensure their pool barrier integrates seamlessly with the overall property design, rather than appearing as an afterthought.

We work collaboratively with you from the early planning or design stage through to final adjustments, providing practical guidance on barrier placement, layout, and design considerations. The goal is to create a solution that is aesthetically considered, functional, and aligned with relevant safety standards.
