Our pool barrier compliance inspection evaluates your pool against NSW legislation and Australian Standards. We provide a clear explanation of any non-compliant items identified during the swimming pool inspection services. Upon meeting compliance criteria, we issue a Certificate of Compliance NSW.
This service is suitable for most standard residential pool and spa barriers.
Swimming Pool Re-Inspection - $250
Our re-inspection service following the rectification of previously identified non-compliant items includes a thorough reassessment of the completed rectification works, compliance verification, and the issuance of a Certificate of Compliance NSW when all conditions are met. This service is applicable only where an initial swimming pool inspection has previously been conducted, ensuring the highest standards of pool safety assessments.
Large & Complex Pool Inspection - Additional ≥$60
Our inspection service for larger or more complex pool and spa barriers includes all standard inspection services and is designed to help you obtain your Certificate of Compliance NSW. This may be applicable to: Large residential properties, extensive fencing layouts, multiple gate sections, split-level or difficult-access sites, shared or common property pool areas, and complex barrier configurations. Trust our swimming pool inspection services to ensure your pool safety assessments are thorough and reliable.
Same-Day Priority Service - Additional $50
Priority same-day inspection service is available, subject to booking availability. This service is ideal for urgent needs such as property settlements, conveyancing deadlines, refinancing requirements, and meeting Occupation Certificate deadlines. Additionally, our swimming pool inspection services can assist with the necessary Certificate of Compliance in NSW, as well as pool safety assessments.
Common Property & Strata Lots - Individually Quoted
Strata and commercial pool inspections, as part of our swimming pool inspection services, are individually quoted to account for the size, complexity, access requirements, and scope of the inspection. This ensures that each assessment, including essential pool safety assessments, aligns with the relevant Certificate of Compliance NSW.
Urgent Pool Compliance Certificate
We offer same-day, weekend and after-hours swimming pool inspections across Sydney, subject to inspector availability. Call us to discuss your requirements.
Additional Information
Travel fees may apply for properties outside our standard service area, which includes our swimming pool inspection services. All card payments will incur a surcharge of 2.2% flat rate. Same-day bookings are subject to availability, especially for urgent pool safety assessments required for a Certificate of Compliance NSW.
